Lewjitsu Module 2: Wrist And Arms
These are the slides from a skillshare on upper body control. They are not a standalone manual and shouldn't be followed without competent instruction, but may be conceptually useful to a specific group.
This might be a helpful resource for kinbaku/shibari practitioners who want to learn how to safely manipulate partially-constrained limbs. It's framed as a self-defence topic, but the biomechanics sit in a very specific and narrow hybrid niche. The document is half-Jill-and-half-Jack as a result.
I am quite proud of this piece of plausible deniability.
